Strategi Rekrutmen BGN untuk Dapur Program Nutrisi MBG

National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is actively promoting local employment by hiring workers for the Nutritional Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) from among individuals living in extreme poverty. Redy Hendra Gunawan, Special Staff to BGN, stated that a minimum of 30% of the staff in each SPPG will be recruited from underprivileged households as per the President’s directive to ensure the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Program contributes to job creation. Presently, there are 2,378 SPPG units established in collaboration with 6,076 local economic institutions, with 93,572 community members volunteering for the program. The MBG Program has provided benefits to over 7.4 million individuals nationwide, including students, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, toddlers, and more. In an effort to extend the program’s reach, BGN plans to launch an additional 2,401 SPPG units within the next 10 days to serve approximately 15 million beneficiaries. This initiative demonstrates a significant commitment to supporting employment opportunities and addressing nutritional requirements in underserved communities.
