Jakarta – PT Indomobil National Distributor (IND) as the Brand Holder Agent (APM) of Citroen in Indonesia officially opened the Citroen Experience Center in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area, North Jakarta.
The location details are in the Indomobil PIK Complex, Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan Blok STA, Kapuk Muara, North Jakarta.
This is the third Citroen customer service center in Indonesia, following the two Citroen Experience Centers that have previously been present on Jl. MT Haryono and Jl. Halim Perdanakusumah.
“This is our third experience center in Indonesia. Although there are a total of 14 operating outlets, only three have been upgraded to Citroen Experience Center,” said Tan Kim Piauw, CEO of Citroen Indonesia at the “Opening of the Citroen Experience Center-PIK” event in North Jakarta, Tuesday (2/4/2024).
In addition, the Citroen Experience Center in PIK is the first and only one outside of France to have adopted the latest design standards from global Citroen.
With a building area of around 1,630 square meters, the PIK Citroen Experience Center consists of two floors.
On the first floor, there is a showroom area, delivery area, waiting room, and workshop area equipped with a workshop facility with nine workshop bays.
While on the second floor, it is used as an office space.
Offering Exciting Promotions and the 2024 Workshop Alert Program
In conjunction with the opening of the Citroen Experience Center in PIK and Ramadan 2024, Citroen is offering special promotions for consumers.
“There is a service program for Ramadan this year. So, for consumers who have old or new cars and perform maintenance here, they have the opportunity to get a special discount of up to 20 percent. This is one of the things we offer in opening after-sales services here and is valid during the month of Ramadan 2024,” explained Tan Kim Piauw.
In addition, Citroen is holding a Workshop Alert program from April 7-14, 2024 in four cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya.
Citroen also offers 24-hour emergency services for customers who need assistance while driving through Citroen Care 14023.
